Computer Tech Explore - Coding - Students were given logins to Khanacademy where they will be working, self paced on coding for the next couple weeks.8th Grade Math - The homework from yesterday was corrected and collected. Students were given a review worksheet to calculate the volume of cylinders, cones, spheres, rectangular and triangular prisms. HW - if not finished with WS in class.
8th Grade Science - Students began class by getting measurements for the continuation of the Grow Dino Lab. Then students were given a handout on data tables and graphs and a discussion was led to explain what would be used in the future when grading graphs and data tables.
7th Grade Science - The Observation Lab from yesterday was reviewed to discuss the different types of observations as well as the difference between an inference and an observation. Following the discussion students were given a reading assignment in the textbook and asked to take notes over terms and information related to the scientific process.
