Computer Tech Explore - Digital Photography Editing- Students were introduced to three free online photo editors.  Fotor, Pixlr, and PiZap.  The students were asked to use one, upload a picture and make some minor changes to saturation, color, etc.

Pre-Algebra - Evaluating Square Roots.  Students were given a new packet/handout with notes and descriptions which will be used over the next week as they begin to explore Square Roots.  Square Roots is not a completely new concept as we have been discussing it along with Rational and Irrational Numbers.  What was introduced today was that for each square root there are potential two correct solutions.  Students completed problems 1-12 from the packet in class and the answers were reviewed before class ended.  NO HW

8th Grade Science - Matter.  Students gathered briefly in their groups from this weeks lab and prepared a brief presentation (2-3 minutes) which one student from the group gave providing examples, observations and evidence from the Pure/Mixture Substance Lab this week.  NO HW

7th Grade Science -  Life Science. Students gathered briefly in their groups from this weeks lab and prepared a brief presentation (2-3 minutes) which one student from the group gave providing examples, observations and evidence from the Living/Non-Living Lab this week.  NO HW
