Computer Tech Explore - Students continued working on their websites by learning the basics of HTML in a self paced manner using Davesite. This will be the last week we work on websites, therefore all sites will need to be completed by Wednesday.
Pre-Algebra - Operations with Exponents and Scientific Notation. Today students took a practice test over Operations with Exponents and Scientific Notation. Students will take the test on Wednesday and should be reviewing handouts, notes and homework assignments to help study for the test. We began discussing and correcting the practice test in class today and will conclude tomorrow. HW - Study for the Operations with Exponents and Scientific Notation Test
8th Grade Science - Physical and Chemical Changes. Students took notes and completed a WS today in class on Physical and Chemical changes and the properties of each. NO HW
7th Grade Science - Cell Processes, Chemical Compounds and Cell Environment . The test from Friday was returned to students and reviewed in class. We started a new chapter and students were given a ready guide with questions to answer as they read through the first two sections of the chapter. HW - any student who did not finish the reading guide in class was told to check out a book and complete the reading guide at home and be prepared to discuss the contents tomorrow.
