Computer Tech Explore - Introduction to Technology Explore - Students continued working and learning at their own pace to create their own website using HTML.
Pre-Algebra - Transformations. Today finished the Benchmark Assessment on Think Through Math. As students finished they were encouraged to work on prescribed lessons in TTM to improve their math knowledge. NO HW 8th Grade Science - Energy. Students were given a WS at the beginning of class along with a handout to check for understanding on yesterday's notes and discussion on the Forms of Energy. After 15 minutes students the worksheet was corrected and discussed in class. Students then took notes on the Law of Conservation of energy and discussed how energy is transferred from one form to another. NO HW
7th Grade Science - Genetics. The Intro to Genetics WS from yesterday was discussed and reviewed at the beginning of class. Students were then given time to read the next section in the class text on Probability of Heredity and answer questions at the end of the section. Students need to have a firm grasp moving into next week with upcoming labs and assignments. HW - finish the question on page 123 if not completed in class.
