Computer Tech Explore - Introduction to Technology Explore - Students watched an introductory video on HTML.
Pre-Algebra - Transformations. Today students took a pre-test over the next unit they will be learning about, Transformations. With most students completing in class each questions was reviewed and discussed. The Pre-Test was not collected nor graded. NO HW 8th Grade Science - Energy. Students took notes on Energy, the two types of energy and the eight forms of energy. Students had to complete 4 drawings demonstrating and explaining Potential Energy (2 drawings) and Kinetic Energy (2 drawings) before leaving class. NO HW
7th Grade Science - Genetics. Students started the Chapter on Genetics by reading pgs 110-115 of their science text in class while taking notes on the key terms (heredity, trait, genetics, fertilization, purebred, hybrid, gene, allele, dominant allele, and recessive allele). When completed taking notes students were asked to answer 6 questions (1a-2c) on page 115 at the end of the section . HW - finish answering questions if not completed in class.
