Computer Tech Explore - HTML and Web Design - Continue to use Davesite.com and a text editor (Notepad) students starting learning at their own pace to create their own website. This is the our last week building websites.
Pre-Algebra - Linear and Non-Linear Functions - Class began by reviewing linear and non-linear functions and correcting yesterdays assigned problems. Students were selected to solve the problems on the board and as a class we discussed similarities/differences and graphing of the functions. Sample problems from todays assignment were modeled on the board and then students were given time in class to work on the daily assignment, 6-12. HW - finish 6-12 if not completed in class.
8th Grade Science - Solutions - Students were allowed to work in small groups or individually to complete a reading section (pgs 125-131) from the classroom text and answer question from the assigned reading guide. HW - finish 4.3 reading and reading guide if not completed in class.
7th Grade Science - Human Body Systems - The Word Dissections were corrected and collected. Students were given a reading to complete in class, The Human Body, and questions to answer. HW - finish Human Body reading questions if not completed in class.
