Computer Tech Explore - Coding - For the next couple weeks students will be learning to code and create pictures and animations through Khanacademy Intro to JS.
Pre-Algebra - Operations with Exponents and Scientific Notation. Today students took the test on Operations with Exponents and Scientific Notation. Tests have been corrected and grades have been entered into Skyward. Tomorrow we will review and discuss the test along with options for retakes. NO HW
8th Grade Science - Physical and Chemical Changes. Students were split into small groups to finish watching the video and interactive quiz websites from last Wednesday. Once students completed taking the quizzes on those websites they were given (linked through the right sidebar) 3 additional websites to complete the interactive activities and quizzes in preparation of the upcoming test later this week. Tomorrow will be a practice test. NO HW
7th Grade Science - Cell Processes, Chemical Compounds and Cell Environment. The reading guide from last week was reviewed in class so students could correct answers. Today's assignment, Chemical Compound WS was handed out. Students were given time in class to complete the assignment and once finished were allowed to pair up and compare answers. This assignment will corrected in class tomorrow. NO HW
