Computer Tech Explore - Today students continued working on their websites by learning the basics of HTML in a self paced manner using Davesite, watched a video on HTML and were given an introduction to the HTML unit and shown example websites to model what they will be learning over the next 3 weeks.
Pre-Algebra - Operations with Exponents. Students were given the daily assignment and after a short review were given the entire period to ask questions and work on the assignment. HW - Operations with Exponents WS if not completed in class.
8th Grade Science - Matter Phase Change Lab. Students (groups) were given all of class to work on their presentations for the Phases of Matter labs they concluded on Tuesday. Groups have the option of preparing a PowerPoint, Prezi, lecture, poster or other format for their presentaion. NO HW
7th Grade Science - Classifications, Microscopes and Cells. The assignment from yesterday was corrected and collected. Students were given the daily assignment and had the whole class time to complete the assignment, look up the answers, and ask for help. HW - complete the Organelle Function WS if not completed in class.
