Computer Tech Explore - Coding - This will be the last week on learning to code and create pictures and animations through Khanacademy Intro to JS.
Pre-Algebra - Pythagorean Theorem. The Pythagorean Theorem WS from Monday was corrected and collected. The daily/homework assignment was given and students were given time in class to complete the WS in which they have to use the Pythagorean Theorem to find the length of a missing side, given two sides and a right triangle. The back of the assignment has word problems. NO HW - if finished in class
8th Grade Science - Atoms and Periodic Table. Continue working on Adopt an Element Baby Block Project. NO HW
7th Grade Science - Cell Processes, Chemical Compounds and Cell Environment. Students continued working on the Photosynthesis/Respiration project (song, skit, story book, flip book, or game board) they started Friday to compare, contrast and explain the process of respiration and photosynthesis. NO HW
