Computer Tech Explore - Intro to Java Script: Drawing & Animation - Students continued self paced work and projects through Khanacademy.
Pre-Algebra - Exploring Linear Functions - Yesterday's homework was collected, graded and handed back to students. A discussion was let to help students identify the the "m" in the slope intercept equation (y=mx) determines the steepness of the line. The daily assignment was given as yesterday's homework was collected and students had the entire period to work and ask questions graphing examples given in y=mx+b format. HW - finish daily assignment if not completed in class.
8th Grade Science - Solutions - Students took notes on Solubility and then completed a lab in class to observe how to dilute a solution from 1 part per 100 to 1 part per 10,000 to 1 part per 1,000,000. NO HW
7th Grade Science - Human Body Systems - Students completed an in class acitivity to identify what type of pattern their own fingerprints are and then compare them to the rest of the class. NO HW
