Computer Tech Explore - Digital Photography- Today students used digital cameras to continue taking pictures applying the rules of thirds, changing the angle or perspective, taking into consideration lighting.  They then viewed their pictures on the computer and considered the basic elements of photography when examining their photos.  Students are taking pictures this week and will use free online resources next week to edit their pictures.

Pre-Algebra - Converting Repeating Fractions to Decimals.  Class began by correcting and discussing yesterday's homework.  As this is a new concept the homework was not graded, instead students were encouraged to ask questions and help solve problems for the whole class.  After discussing and solving many problems from the homework the daily assignment was provided and students had much of class to work on the worksheet in which they convert Fractions to Decimals, Decimals to Fractions and Repeating Decimals to Fractions.  HW - Converting Fractions to Decimals, Decimals to Fractions and Repeating Decimals WS

8th Grade Science - Matter.  The Molecules in Motion lab from yesterday was corrected, discussed and collected.  NO HW

7th Grade Science -  Life Science.  Students were given time to complete the Identify Pine Trees using a Dichotomous Key assignment from yesterday.  Then the assignment was corrected and collected in class.   NO HW
